Giant Sequoia developed a new brand for ALL SAINTS’ Episcopal Church in Fort Worth.

This comes after a schism in the church related to allowing women in the clergy and accepting openly-gay church members. Nobody on our team is Episcopalian.

But after using our archetyping process, running through several tissues sessions, and investing hours in learning the history of Cross design around the world, we settled on a logo inspired by the Jerusalem Cross, the Fluer de Lis, and an olive branch.

Giant Sequoia developed a new website for ALL SAINTS’. The goal was to create an attractive and highly-functional website that the client could update and manage on their own, without a developer or designer.

If you’re like us, and you want to see how the sausage is made, check out the deck below from our first tissue session on this project.

During the creative process many good ideas get left on the cutting room floor. We selected one from this project and turned it into stationary for our founder’s grandma (who is a member of ALL SAINTS’).
